Returns and Exchange Criteria
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase if it follows all of our returns criteria.
Returns are accepted only through the mail
- We accept all returns within (30) days of the purchase date.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and not defective with all original tags attached in original packaging.
- Returns and Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt / invoice.
- “FINAL SALE” and “CLEARANCE” items cannot be returned for an exchange, credit, or refund.
Exchanges by mail are only accepted for equal or lesser valued priced items, defective, or wrong item(s)
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service immediately at email@example.com.
- Once the exchangeable, incorrect, or damaged item is received, you will receive an email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status.
- We provide prepaid return labels for orders over $50. Please write us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for more information.
- We are not responsible for items lost in the mail so please track and insure your package as you see fit.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred with exchange items.
Terms and Conditions
- Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your package.
- Returns & Exchanges that do not meet our Return Criteria are subject a partial refund, for a 20%-50% restocking fee, online store credit, or denial.
- We inspect all Returns & Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
